Terms & Conditions — 98tp Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 98tp platform, including all content, features, services and functionality offered at https://98tp.cam (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 98tp ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing, browsing, registering for or otherwise using the 98tp Platform, you ("User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific services or features of the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any updates made to them from time to time.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 98tp website located at https://98tp.cam, including all sub-pages, content, tools and features.
• "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by an eligible individual upon completing the registration process.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, images, data, guides, editorial articles, promotional materials and other information published on the Platform.
• "Services" means the information, gaming guides, betting market education, platform reviews and related resources provided by 98tp.
• "Operator" means any third-party licensed gambling platform or service provider referenced or accessible through 98tp. 98tp itself is not a licensed gambling operator.
• "Bonus" / "Promotion" means any illustrative or live promotional offer, free-play credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback or loyalty reward associated with using the Platform or an Operator.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by Operators and financial regulations before processing withdrawals or high-value transactions.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee — the official currency of Pakistan. All monetary examples on the Platform are expressed in PKR unless stated otherwise.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, logos, brand names, content, software, design elements and other proprietary materials belonging to 98tp or its licensors.

To register for and use a 98tp Account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity) acting in your personal capacity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion register, or have any active self-exclusion in place with any Operator accessible through the Platform.
• You must not have had an Account previously suspended or terminated by 98tp due to breach of these Terms.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria above are satisfied. Providing false eligibility information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of any associated funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

Each eligible User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are identified — whether operated by the same individual or multiple individuals sharing an IP address, device or payment method — 98tp reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts without notice.

• During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other fields required.
• You must keep all Account information up to date. It is your responsibility to notify 98tp of any changes to your registered details.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and all activity conducted under your Account credentials.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, permit any other person to access your Account, or allow another individual to place wagers or transactions on your behalf.
• You must notify 98tp immediately via the contact details provided in Section 14 if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

98tp will never request your Account password by email, telephone or live chat. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

The 98tp Platform is provided for lawful, personal and non-commercial informational use only. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 98tp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes.

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive or manipulative conduct, including but not limited to bonus abuse, chip dumping, collusion or the use of automated betting software ("bots").
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, adapt or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its underlying technology.
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications, spam, malware, viruses or other harmful code through or in connection with the Platform.
• Scrape, crawl or otherwise extract data from the Platform using automated tools without the prior written consent of 98tp.
• Use the Platform in a way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Platform's infrastructure or interfere with other Users' access.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, server, database or network connected to the Platform.
• Represent yourself as an employee, agent or official representative of 98tp.

All Content published on the Platform is provided for general informational purposes only. 98tp makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any Content for any particular purpose. Users rely on Platform Content at their own risk.

98tp is an information platform and does not itself accept deposits, process withdrawals or hold user funds. All financial transactions — including deposits, wagers, withdrawals and fund transfers — are conducted directly between the User and the relevant licensed Operator.

Where 98tp provides payment-related information, the following applies:

• Payment method names referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are included as familiar Pakistani payment context only. Their mention does not imply endorsement, affiliation with, or support of gambling operations by those providers.
• Actual payment method availability, transaction limits, processing times and applicable fees are determined exclusively by the Operator and the relevant payment provider. 98tp cannot guarantee or warrant payment availability.
• All financial transactions conducted with any Operator are subject to that Operator's own terms and conditions, KYC requirements and financial processing rules.
• Currency amounts referenced on the Platform are expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for illustrative purposes only, unless explicitly stated to represent live transaction figures.
• The State Bank of Pakistan has issued advisories regarding cryptocurrency use. Where cryptocurrency payment context is provided on the Platform, it is educational in nature only. 98tp does not confirm the availability, legality or operational status of any cryptocurrency payment method in Pakistan.

Where 98tp displays bonus offers, promotional credits, welcome packages, VIP tier perks, referral rewards or other promotional figures, the following terms apply:

• All bonus and promotional figures shown on the 98tp Platform are illustrative examples only unless explicitly labelled as live, active offers from a specific Operator.
• Illustrative amounts expressed in PKR — including but not limited to deposit match percentages, cashback rates, birthday rewards and referral credits — are presented to explain how such promotions typically work, not to represent specific current offers.
• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements. This means bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become withdrawable. Wagering requirements vary by Operator and promotion type.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus credits may be forfeited if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period.
• 98tp does not guarantee the availability, value, fairness or terms of any bonus offered by any Operator. Users should verify all promotional terms directly with the Operator before accepting any bonus.
• Abuse of bonus systems — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim welcome bonuses or exploiting promotional terms — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

98tp is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling as an integral part of its platform values. All gambling activity facilitated through or referenced on the Platform is intended for adult entertainment purposes only.

• Gambling is not a method of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. If you find yourself gambling with money reserved for essential expenses, please seek help immediately.

All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, data, software and other materials published on the 98tp Platform ("Intellectual Property") are the exclusive property of 98tp or its respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, modify or create derivative works from any part of the Platform's Intellectual Property without the prior written consent of 98tp.
• The 98tp name, logo and brand identity are proprietary trademarks. Any unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
• Third-party brand names, payment provider names, sports league names and other proprietary designations referenced on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners. Their mention on 98tp does not constitute a claim of ownership or official affiliation.
• User-submitted content — where applicable — grants 98tp a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display and distribute such content in connection with the Platform's services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 98tp, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform or any of its Content or Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform, including any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other Users or third parties.
• Any financial loss, including gambling losses, arising from your use of or reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to or use of your Account or the personal data associated with it.
• Any interruption, suspension or cessation of the Platform's operation, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in Platform Content, including but not limited to odds information, RTP figures or promotional descriptions.

Where a jurisdiction does not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability as described above, 98tp's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law in that jurisdiction.

98tp reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account — with or without prior notice — if we reasonably determine that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false, inaccurate or misleading registration information.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, illegal or harmful conduct on or through the Platform.
• You have created multiple Accounts in violation of the single-Account policy.
• You have been identified as a minor, or have failed to satisfactorily complete age or identity verification.
• We are required to do so to comply with applicable law, regulation or order of a competent authority.

Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to access the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability and governing law provisions — shall continue to apply.

You may also voluntarily request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team using the contact details provided in Section 14. If your Account closure request is motivated by gambling concerns, we strongly encourage you to also request self-exclusion from relevant Operators before closing your Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 98tp is registered and licensed to operate. Users access the Platform on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

For Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan: Pakistan has its own legal framework governing gambling activity, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. 98tp does not represent or warrant that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or in any other jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

98tp reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. All amendments will be effective from the date the revised Terms are published on the Platform.

Where changes to the Terms are material — meaning they significantly alter your rights or obligations — we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or on-Platform notification. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain aware of any changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.
